Health Brunch

 

This quarter?s Health Brunch will be on the role of nutrition and exercise on weight control.  We will have a nutritionist and an exercise professional presenting to the public about ways in which our community can use both nutrition and exercise to manage body weight issues.  In addition, we will have Body Mass Index measurement and cholesterol and blood pressure testing
